Dr. Aboro is a first generation Nigerian American, she was born and raised in Baltimore, MD. She completed her BS in Public and Community Health at the University of Maryland. She then went on to complete her PharmD at Temple University School of Pharmacy. She wanted to treat the whole person and decided she needed more thus she decided to go to Medical School at University of the Sciences, Arts and technology. She then completed her family medicine residency at Cornerstone Care Teaching Heath Center in Mount Morris, PA. She chose family medicine because it lets her follow her patients throughout different phases of their lives and treat both common and complex conditions. In family medicine, she can work preventatively to guide her patients' choices well before chronic conditions develop. She is especially interested in obstetrics, outpatient medicine, teaching residents, and pharmacology. In her spare time, she likes to enjoy time with her husband and two kids (soon to be three). She loves singing especially karaoke and enjoys travelling and going to various amusement parks/water parks. She also enjoys playing basketball.
