I joined WellSpan Medical Group as community family physician in 2018. My interest in teaching peaked when I started precepting residents in the program later that year. I slowly transitioned to a full-time faculty role in 2020 teaching inpatient, outpatient, and Drug & Alcohol Addiction treatment with MAT to residents and students. I desired to improve the lives of other people, finding medicine providing ample opportunity to treat patients and their families. I look forward to providing the best evidence-based care possible. Medicine is my second career. In my previous life, I was a pilot. I love to utilize my experience and knowledge regarding aviation safety procedures to the field of patient safety. I have an interest in aviation as well as travel, and SCUBA diving.
