Identification Badge
A WellSpan Health ID badge is needed to gain access to certain areas, must be displayed at all times and returned to Security at the end of your rotation. Instructions on how to obtain a WellSpan Health ID badge will be included in a confirmation letter (email).
Initial Orientation Session
Academic Affairs/Medical Education initial orientation held via Zoom on the first day of your rotation. Refer to your personalized confirmation letter (email) for details.
Parking
Free parking is available in several WellSpan Health locations. Further instructions on parking will be supplied to you at your initial orientation with Academic Affairs/Medical Education.
COVID-19 and Influenza Vaccinations
All rotators at WellSpan Health locations must upload proof of their current influenza vaccination if the rotation includes any portion of the dates of October 1 to March 31 and COVID-19 documentation. Instructions, and link, to upload documentation will be included in a confirmation letter (email).
Food Services
While on rotation, WellSpan has a variety of venues to choose from. No free food is offered.
